Frequently Asked Questions
About truTV 2GO
What is truTV 2GO?
truTV 2GO is a new service that allows you to watch full episodes of your favorite truTV shows anytime, anywhere! You receive FREE, unlimited access to full-length truTV episodes the day after they premiere. Miss a recent episode of Operation Repo or Hardcore Pawn? Watch the entire thing on your computer, tablet or phone.
Why am I being asked to log in?
We must verify that you currently have a TV subscription and are entitled to access truTV full episodes. Your cable, telco (telephone company) or satellite provider has access to your subscriber information which includes which networks you pay for. And it’s fast – the login process is over quicker than the Bear Swamp Recovery boys in front of a plate of cheeseburgers.
How often do I need to log in?
You won’t have to log in every time you come back. Once activated, your session can last up to 30 days but it varies by provider.
Provider not listed?
If you are paying for TV and your provider is not listed it means that they are not yet providing access to full episodes online, but don’t give up and check back soon. We’re constantly adding new television providers and hopefully yours will join us soon. Contact your provider for more information.
When are truTV full episodes available?
Most truTV shows will be available to users who log in the morning after they air on television. That means you will be able to watch last night’s episodes with your morning bowl of cereal.
How do I find my favorite shows on truTV 2GO?
Click on the TV SHOWS tab at the top of the page to dive deeper into the available content; you will have instant access to many full episodes of the shows you love most.
This service doesn’t seem to have full episodes for every truTV show… where are they?
Sadly, some TV shows that have aired on our network are not currently available on truTV 2GO. However, we frequently update our programming, so the show you're looking for may be available at some point in the future.
Sounds good so far… how much more is this going to cost?
What? This ain’t a pawnshop! We’re not selling gold jewelry here. This service is FREE with your cable, telco or satellite subscription and is available through participating providers.
FREE, huh? So what’s the catch?
There is no catch. We just want to reward people who are already paying to watch truTV on television via a cable, telco or satellite subscription. Those who don’t pay for a TV subscription will still be able to access the rest of our outrageous content on truTV.com, like thousands of great video clips and sections like Dumb as a Blog and Conspriatorium.
How is this service different from truTV On Demand?
truTV 2GO is an online service and can be accessed on your computer, tablet or phone, whereas truTV On Demand can only be viewed on your television.
I’m still confused. How do I contact customer service?
If you require assistance, please contact your television provider directly. If you're experiencing technical or login difficulties, refer to the corresponding technical FAQ section (below).

www.adobe.com and install the latest version of the player.
When I try to watch a show, the video keeps skipping. Help!
We feel your pain! If the video is skipping while playing, make sure the speed of your Internet connection is at least 3Mbps. Activities such as downloading, browsing, etc. in the background can disrupt video playback. To get the most optimal experience, check that the web browser loading this site is the only application running. In addition, slower systems may have problems playing video back optimally. Check the minimum system specs to be certain your computer is fast enough for truTV 2GO.
When I try to watch an episode, the volume is too low. How do I fix this?
Yikes,
Police POV isn’t nearly as exciting in silence. If you are having trouble with the volume on a video, try the following steps:
1. Check the volume control in the video player to verify that it's not on the lowest setting.
2. Make sure your computer's volume is not muted or too low.
3. See if you have the most recent version of the Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer. If not, go to
www.adobe.com to install the latest version of the player.
4. Check the audio/headphone cables on your computer and make sure they're connected.
