How did you come up with your nickname?
Probably because I always wear glitter. I love glitter and sparkles. I'm also always upbeat and loud so it kinda goes with that, too.

Easy. The Ragin' Cajun steampot. When I get the chance, and I have the choice, I don't order anything else. I'm addicted!

I opened three and have been to another three, so six.

Try to just laugh everything off and not let anything people say get to you.

I like to egg people on, but I'm not necessarily a nasty trash-talker. I'm not an A-hole. I just feel I'm the best at certain things, and I like to have fun with people.

What is your favorite dish to eat at Joe's?
The KJ Steampot. I just really like mussels. Add some scallops in there and it's even better.

So many. I've opened up six Joe's Crab Shacks across the country.

Live every day like it's your last...but always have fun.
Tell us one unique and interesting thing about yourself?
You wanna hear something funny? I love romantic movies. For fun I also commentate on sports shows. I wanna look into doing that for real.

I was thinking outside the box. I feel like this is my show—people are going to watch to see me.

Eleven years.
What is your favorite dish to eat at Joe's?
Snow crab. I love seafood, but I love the flavor of crab, and buttering up the crab legs. It's so good.

I would say 15 to 20.

Be the best you can be.
Tell us one unique and interesting thing about yourself?
I'm a choreographer on the side. I do choreography for a community dance group in Chesapeake, and I choreograph dances for Joe's as well. We dance all the time at Joe's. Every 45 minutes we get up and dance.

I've opened ten as a trainer, and I've been to maybe five more. I had a lot of fun in Fort Meyer, FL. As opposed to opening one in Minneapolis, MN in the dead of winter. They had me do that once!

I'm a believer in karma. You get what you give, whether it's bad or good.
Tell us one unique and interesting thing about yourself?
I grew up dancing competitively for 15 years. I did a little bit of everything - toe, tap, hip-hop. Also, I'm pretty much a Bohemian, hippie nomad. I've lived in tons of cities: L.A., Chicago, Charleston, and South Beach, to name a few.
