JOHN'S APPLE BROWN BETTY
Ingredients:
- - Brownie mix
- - Apples
- - Butter
- - Flour
- - Brown sugar
- - Cinnamon
- - Cocoa powder
- - Powdered sugar
Preparation:
- - Lay brownie mix into pan
- - Cut apples up and pour apples on top of brownie mix
- - Create streusel mix (combining butter, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon)
- - Sprinkle streusel mix onto apples
- - Cook for 20 minutes at 350°
- - Mix cinnamon, cocoa powder and powdered sugar
- - Sprinkle powdered mix all over the top
SHARON'S COLLARD GREENS
Ingredients:
- - Hambone
- - Onions
- - Pepper
- - Collard greens
- - Dash of sugar
Preparation:
- - Take hambone, add onions, pepper, then add the collard greens.
- - Allow to marinate overnight
- - Add a dash of sugar
