This marks Matthew Minichino's second year serving as director of nightlife for the Hard Rock Hotel. Single and 30 years old, he came to Vegas from Queens, NY. Matt runs a very tight ship, refusing to take any excuses from his staff. But that's all part of the job as he tries to make this year Rehab's biggest year ever. Matt's hobbies include working out at the gym and going to the movies.

Hailing from Titusville, FL, Sharon Meyers has lived in Las Vegas for 11 years and worked at the Hard Rock Hotel for 10. She hopes one day to become security manager at the Hard Rock and develop the best special events security team in Vegas. Although she's very patient and caring, she never shies away from confrontation. The 54-year-old enjoys horseback riding, watching Florida Gators football and fishing on her brother's airboat. She came to Hard Rock Hotel after working on the NASA space shuttle program for many years, following in the footsteps of her mother, who worked with the Apollo astronauts.

Chantel Corradino has worked at the Hard Rock Hotel for nine years in her hometown of Las Vegas. Single and 30 years old, she enjoys traveling, working out, going to the movies, shopping and hanging out with friends. This year she hopes to save more money to buy a house while also looking for love.

Amanda is a social butterfly who loves the excitement of the industry. She has been commuting to Vegas from San Diego since 2004 on what she calls "The Stripper Flight." She once quit working at the Hard Rock, but she went back when she felt she was losing her spirit doing a more professional job. Amanda is one of the best cocktail servers and will do whatever it takes to upsell and get the biggest tip possible. She just got married in May in Cabo to a high roller.

Jonna (jaw-nay) is a 21-year-old party girl who went to a Christian high school in Tempe, AZ. She has been on her own since she was 18, and in 2009, she was a cast member of MTV's Real World Cancun. Currently, Jonna commutes back and forth from Arizona to Vegas every weekend, just to work at Rehab. She says she will always tell people when they are wrong, even if it's the boss, which may not go over very well with Matt. As a rookie cocktail server, she's bound to make a lot of mistakes that could wind up getting her in a lot of trouble.

For Jessica Snook, home is Las Vegas, where she has worked at the Hard Rock Hotel for nine years. She is currently saving up money to start her own bikini business. She is also spearheading the creation of the Girls of Rehab calendar. A 30-year-old single gal, she spends her spare time studying and working out.

Coming to Vegas from Oxnard, CA, Jake has been a security guard for eight years. He only sees things in strict black and white, and he doesn't care if a guest is a high roller or a small-time spender. He will not be bought or give leniency to those in the wrong. Jake does, however, have a softer side. He is a father of two, and his favorite job was serving as a special education teacher. He is proud of his time in the Army and feels that has helped him become a more professional security guard. Jake believes that he does not have a romantic bone in his body, which explains why his wife kept turning down his unromantic marriage proposals.
