Dr. Caswell is more than just your average principal. While running an inner city school, she is often faced with trials and tribulations most educators never have to confront. Yet she takes it all in stride and is still able to maintain the status quo for her faculty and students. How does she do this? Caswell uses strict demeanor and stern deploy. She has a "no tolerance" policy specifically geared towards students who lie. As she puts it, "If you make a mistake and you lie about it, you're in for it." She is also more than just your strict authority figure. Caswell has a heart of gold. "The betterment of my students has and will always be my number one priority."
