Officer Nicole Sittre

Officer Nicole Sittre is a firm believer in maintaining a positive attitude and trying to find some humor in any situation. Even though her job can be very serious, she feels the real key to a having a successful career is to be patient, not allowing negativity get to her and to never take anything said to her on the job too personally. On her off time, Officer Sittre enjoys running, traveling, the outdoors and being with her family and close friends.

Officer Scott Nicholas

Officer Scott Nicholas

Officer Scott Nicholas grew up in Western New York where he raised, trained and bred Arabian show horses. He moved to Las Vegas twelve years ago to join and work for the Las Vegas Metro Police Department. Most of his twelve-year career has been spent in booking. Along with his usual duties, he is also a fire arms instructor as well as a Representative for the Las Vegas Police Protective Association. Outside of the Jail, Officer Nicholas is an active competitor in power lifting for the Police and Fire Games.

Sergeant Troy Wayne

Sergeant Troy Wayne

Sergeant Troy Wayne has been with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department for over 20 years after serving his country in the Marine Corps. In his free time Sergeant Wayne enjoys riding his motorcycle and listening to live music. He really loves his job and enjoys the interesting people he meets on a daily basis at CCDC. His plan is to complete another 20 or more years with the department.

Officer Pam Snyder

Officer Pam Snyder

For 13 years, Officer Snyder worked at a dental lab manufacturing crowns and bridges, and supervising. Her decision to change careers was an easy choice because she knew that she would be doing something she considered fun and exciting. In her time off, Officer Snyder loves to challenge herself by running marathons. Most recently, she participated in a triathlon. Her family provides full support in all of her endeavors.

Sergeant Alan Schlossberg

Sergeant Alan Schlossberg

Sergeant Alan Schlossberg has worked at Clark County Detention Center for 26 years. He got into law enforcement because he saw too many people go down the wrong path abusing drugs and alcohol. He wanted to be part of the solution not the problem. Sergeant Schlossberg has worked on several special assignments for the jail, such as coordinating a program to rehabilitate inmates by concentrating on education, behavior modification and cognitive life skills training.

Officer Daniel Madrid

Officer Daniel Madrid

Daniel used to work in the Healthcare Industry for years but wanted to make a difference in his community so he decided that law enforcement was the new path he would take. Daniel has worked in the Clark County Detention Center for 7 years and has been part of the Special Emergency Response Team (SERT) for 2 years. He loves working in booking because he feels he utilizes his training and he gets to see a lot of different, interesting people. The number one reason Officer Madrid enjoys be part of SERT is the camaraderie between his fellow officers.

Sergeant David Aspiazu

Sergeant David Aspiazu

Prior to his nine-year career with the force, Sergeant Aspiazu was in the United States Air Force for seven years as an Aircraft Armament Systems Specialist. He says he enjoys working in booking because he appreciates his co-workers and the fact that "every day is different with a new challenge." On his days off he enjoys playing softball, coaching his daughter's soccer team and traveling with his family. Sergeant Aspiazu likes to keep it real and says, "whatever you do, just be yourself."

Sergeant Nick Mowery

Sergeant Nick Mowery

Sergeant Nick Mowery has been with Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department for thirteen years. He feels that his first priority as a sergeant is to make sure that all staff placed under his direction remains safe throughout their shift. Away from the jail Sergeant Mowery is an avid musician and is a fixture of the Las Vegas music scene. His Band the Nick Evens Mowery Project (NEM) plays regularly at various clubs throughout the city.
