10 (bag) winesap apples
8 Granny Smith apples
1 bag dried cranberries
(per pie)
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. tapioca pearls
2 tbsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. lemon extract
dash of salt
(crumb topping)
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 stick butter
dash of salt
Bake at 425 degrees (lower to 375 after 10 minutes). For about 40-50 min. until apples are tender. Cover crust with foil during baking.
