Ron and Amy Shirley primarily repossess vehicles and machinery. Their clients are lien holders. Ron's role is to locate and repossess property, while Amy deals with irate owners who come demanding that their property be returned. Ron opened Lizard Lick Towing in 1998 with one truck. With Amy's help, the business grew over a period of 10 years to become a successful company with a staff of 15 and a fleet of 20 trucks. Ron, who is an ordained minister with a soft spot for people who have fallen on hard times, prepares a huge barbecue meal each year to help some of the people who have had their property repossessed by Lizard Lick Towing.

Byran McElderry is a native Bronx resident and 20-year veteran of the New York legal system. He is contracted by the state to issue court orders to people who don't want to be found. The orders range from unpaid fines to divorce proceedings. His job is doubly hard due to the fact that McElderry has to issue the papers face-to-face. Without physically putting the papers into a defendant's hands, the documents don't count as being served. Getting close to people can mean dodging fists or running from dogs.

Despite her job, Jackie Pucci is a local celebrity. She's known for dazzling locals with her larger-than-life personality and turning the most heated of situations into a big love-fest by the end. It's not uncommon for angry drivers who start off ranting and raving at Jackie to end their ordeal by hugging it out.

Harold Jackson is a smooth taking bail bond agent, licensed and operating in the State of Florida. Fourteen years ago an episode of 'Bounty Hunters' inspired Harold to train in this action packed field. He's never looked back and takes to the streets of Miami everyday to track down and capture those escaping justice. Harold loves the thrill of the chase and finds a deep satisfaction in keeping the streets safe. He operates solo, increasing the danger element of his already risky job. Alone he takes on the thieves, assailants, drug traffickers and prostitutes. It's not an easy job. Fugitives will wear disguises, hide in washing machines or run for miles; anything to not get caught. Harold uses his cunning and charm to find his fugitives. He is frequently shot at and physically attacked while on the job. This does not deter him and he will leave no stone unturned on his quest to get criminals in hand-cuffs.

Shawn has been a Code Enforcement Officer in South Carolina for 3 years. Before that, he worked in a variety of different industries, including auto sales, restaurant/hotels management, and insurance sales. He's originally from New York so adjusting to life in the south has been a humorous and eye opening experience (even though he's been in the south for 21 years now). Shawn's on-the-job experiences can range from humorous to downright crazy. He's been attacked, screamed at and called every name in the book by unruly code violators. Known around the office as "James Brown," due to his striking hairdo, Shawn tries to incorporate his humor and larger-than-life personality into his encounters with the public whenever possible. But, when the situation calls for muscle, this 6'2, 250lb code enforcement officer can certainly defend himself.
