Davis' 2-year-old son Blake may have been the only witness to her disappearance. Davis' mother, Patricia Porter, now has custody of Blake. When reporters asked how he was doing, Porter said, "Blake is doing as well as can be expected for a 2 1/2-year-old whose mom is not coming home."
