A Morgan County, AL., corrections officer was arrested in June, 2011, on suspicion of engaging in sexual contact with an inmate. In a statement, Sheriff Ana Franklin said Joshua Coppinger, 32, was charged with sexual conduct with a person in custotody. Coppinger was fired from the Corrections Department and booked into Morgan County Jail. He was later released on $2,500 bond.
