Toth, a former teacher at a Washington, D.C. private-school, is wanted for possession of child pornography and production of child pornography, specifically in connection with a 2008 incident in which pornographic images were found on a school camera that had been in his possession. He is also suspected of producing child pornography in Maryland.

Toth has been called a computer expert and has above-average knowledge of computers and use use of the Internet, as well as above average awareness of security. Toth, whose background in education from Cornell and Purdue may help him get work as a tutor or male nanny, is social and can integrate into various socio-economic classes. He is familiar with Virginia, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Arizona from having lived there.

Reward: The FBI is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading directly to the arrest of Eric Justin Toth.

Toth should be considered dangerous and may be suicidal.
