Monday November 22, 2010, Jacob & Co., aka Jacob Arabov, filed suit against Courtney Love for failing to return two necklaces and a pair of earrings the jeweler had loaned her. Love borrowed the baubles in early November and never returned them. When pressed, she apparently returned a bracelet, but said she didn't know where the other pieces were. Disgraced celeb jeweler Arabov has had his own troubles with the law and did time for lying to federal agents about a Detroit drug ring. He was released from federal prison in September. Arabov is suing the Hole lead singer for the cash value of the trinkets, about $114,000, or the return of the trinkets themselves.
