September 2011: Aloha, Ore. man William Mayo Dunlop was arrested on first degree sex abuse and first degree sodomy charges, stemming from a recent complaint filed against him by a 22 year old for abuse that allegedly occurred in the late 1990s. Dunlop worked as a clown and also as a school bus driver.
