Three weeks after singer-actress Hilary Duff obtained a protective order against Maksim Myaskovskiy, police in California arrested the 18-year-old on felony charges of stalking and making criminal threats. The New York man is accused of trying to contact the "Lizzie Maguire" star by visiting her mother's home and the home of her boyfriend, Good Charlotte singer Joel Madden. Court documents indicate that Myaskovskiy allegedly admitted to being "obsessed" with Duff.
