Audrina Patridge obtained a restraining order against alleged stalker Zachary James Loring in September 2009, after he had repeatedly followed her and left her paintings depicting her dead. In February 2010, Loring was arrested outside Patridge's house after ringing her doorbell and refusing to leave. In March, Loring was ordered to undergo psychiatric observation after disruptive behavior at his first court hearing. In May, Loring was found competent to stand trial on stalking charges; the next court appearance is scheduled for June 2010. Loring remains in jail until then, so far unable to make his $150,000 bail.
