Seven Chicago teens were charged with robbery and aggravated battery after a video posted online was seen by police. In the clip, six teens brutally beat a defenseless victim, dragging him on the ground and stomping his head. At one point, one of the assailants shouts at the Asian victim, "Am I speaking Chinese to you, n-----?." The video also shows the attackers taking the victim's backpack and beating him with his own shoe. They also allegedly stole $180 in cash from the victim during the fight, which reportedly took place on January 15.

Police say one of the accused, a 15-year-old girl, lured the victim, a 17-year-old high school senior, into an alley, and then recorded the attack. Six of the attackers -- two 16-year-olds and three 15-year-olds whose names were not released -- were charged as juveniles. Raymond Palomino, 17, pictured, was charged as an adult.
