In West Texas, two women were arrested on November 10, 2011, for arranging the sale of a baby. Police say Joana Delacruz Huerta, 29, pictured, sold her 7-week-old baby to 27-year-old Marilu Munoz for $2,000, to be paid in installments. Both women were charged with the sale or purchase of an infant. The child was placed in a foster home.
