At the 1992 trial of serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer, the family members of some of the 17 men and boys Dahmer murdered spoke about the suffering they’ve gone through following the brutal loss of their loved ones. Dahmer was beaten to death in prison two years after being sentenced to 15 life terms.

Rodney Alcala was sentenced in New York today to 25 years for the murders of Cornelia Crilley and Ellen Hover. Alcala pleaded guilty last year in hopes of returning to fight his California death sentence. The unsolved mystery of the photos from Alcala’s storage locker persists, and could lead to still more victims. Do you recognize any of these people?
When police searched the belongings of Lonnie David Franklin Jr., accused Grim Sleeper serial killer, they found about 1,000 photos of women, some, creepily enough, unconscious, and police believe they may be victims of the serial killer. LAPD is now reaching out via Facebook and Twitter to the public for help identifying 42 women in from his collection.
