A 13-year-old Pennsylvania boy allegedly told police that he killed his paternal grandparents Sunday because they talked badly about his mother and called her a whore. Zachary Proper of Venango County was charged Tuesday morning with the shooting deaths of his grandmother and grandfather at their home. The Central Criminal Court in England ruled today that an unnamed 16-year-old girl is guilty of murdering Julie Sheriff, also 16, with the spiked end of a metal Afro comb. The assault took place in May of last year on a South London street. A witness reported that the teen first struck Sheriff in the collarbone, then plunged the comb into her temple.
