VIDEO: Woman Caught Passing School Bus on Sidewalk Ordered to Wear ‘Idiot’ Sign

A Cleveland woman caught on camera passing a stopped school bus on the sidewalk has been handed an embarrassing punishment. A judge has ordered Shena Hardin, 32, to stand at an intersection wearing a sign that reads “only an idiot drives on the sidewalk to avoid a school bus” for two mornings.
