Trend Alert! Third Transgender Woman Charged in Fatal Butt Augmentation

Morris Garner, 53, who lives in Jackson, Miss., under the name Tracey Lynn Garner, has been charged with murder in the death of a Georgia woman, who police say went under the knife at Garner’s house to have her posterior enhanced with a silicone implant.
