When a child is missing–and later found murdered–authorities often don’t have to look far from the home to find a suspect.
On Saturday, authorities recovered the Black Honda Accord belonging to missing New Orleans teacher Terrilyn Monette. The vehicle had a badly decomposed body inside. It was not immediately apparent whether the remains were male or female. An autopsy is scheduled for Monday.

A 30-year-old St. Paul, Minn., woman is missing. Kira Trevino worked as manager of a Delia’s clothing store at the Mall of America. Close friend and co-worker Tara Hall told the Minneapolis Star Tribune that Trevino had left her Iowa avenue home but never made it to work Friday.
