In South Carolina, Loretta Robinson is grieving the death of her son, Justin Walker. Walker’s car was hit by a drunken driver, Anna Gonzalez, who pleaded guilty in court last week. Gonzalez’s guilty plea may have brought a sense of closure for Robinson, if she wasn’t constantly reminded of her son’s tragic death by the bills she’s had to pay as a result.
