Today in Crime History: I-5 Strangler Kills Sixth Victim

On November 5, 1986, I-5 Strangle Roger Reece Kibbe claimed the life of his sixth victim, a 25-year-old woman named Katherine Kelly Quinones. Kibbe was already serving 25 years to life for the murder of a 17-year-old girl when he was indicted on six more counts of murder, including that of Quinones.
