Having a body is normally step one in prosecuting a murder case, but authorities in St. Paul believe they have enough evidence–including “copious amounts” of blood–to charge Jeffrey Trevino in the death of his wife Kira, 30, although her remains have not been located.

St. Paul woman Kira Trevino, 30, was reported missing after she failed to show up for work at the Mall of America Friday. The last person to see her, police say, was her husband, Jeff Trevino, who has now been arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with her disappearance.
