Today in Crime History: Police Arrest ‘Woodchipper Murderer’ Richard Crafts

When cops, armed with an arrest warrant, arrived at the home of Richard Crafts on January 11, 1987, the man suspected of killing his wife and shredding her body in a woodchipper called out, “I’m tired. I’ll take care of it in the morning.”
