Arthur Shawcross: The Genessee River Strangler

A probing analysis of the case of Arthur Shawcross, paroled early for two child murder convictions, only to become the Genesee River Strangler. Ultimately convicted of murdering 12 women and sentenced to 250 years to life, Shawcross will be eligible for parole on January 10, 2240.
