Today in Crime History: Ed Gein Arrested

On November 16, 1957, police apprehended Ed Gein after searching his property and finding a woman’s mutilated body hanging upside down in the shed. Contrary to popular belief, Gein was not a serial killer, but he was, nonetheless, a notorious murderer, body snatcher and necrophiliac.
