A Kansas woman has filed a negligence lawsuit relating to the case of David Kwiatkowski, who is believed to have taken his patients’ intravenous drugs and used the infected needles on the patients. The suit alleges that one hospital and two staffing agencies had knowledge of Kwiatkowski’s activities, and failed to pass on that information.

East Texas Woman Allegedly High on PCP Wanders into DPS, Leaves Children in Car

Angelina County, Tex., woman Laricia Young, 25, showed up around noon on July 3 at the Lufkin, Tex., Department of Public Safety and was seen in the lobby not talking and behaving strangely. Police arrived to find her sitting on the floor, unresponsive. According to Sgt. Rodney Squires, Young seemed disoriented and smelled strongly of PCP.

Update: Accused Murderer Who Googled How to Kill Before Murder Indicted

Juliana Mensch, 19, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., was, according to police, strangled to death early on March 24, 2012, by friends James Ayers and his girlfriend Nicole Okrzesik, while she slept on the floor of Ayers rental apartment. Ayers allegedly confessed the murder to a friend, saying he strangled Mensch after Okrzesik unsuccessfully tried to break her neck.
