Jail Time for Couple Who Forced Girl to Shave Head, Wear Diaper

A couple who punished a 12-year-old girl in a cruel and bizarre way have been sentenced to jail. Stephanie Broten and Darnell Landrum were accused of shaving the child’s head and forcing her to run around outside wearing a diaper.
