Fundamentalist Church of Latter Day Saints president Warren Jeffs landed on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted list in 2006 when he fled the state of Utah to avoid prosecution for performing illegal marriages between adult men and underage brides. According to evidence presented in court, Jeffs had child brides of his own.
