Former NFL Linebacker Sentenced to Life in Millionaire Murder Plot

On Friday, ex-football player Eric Naposki was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole for the 1994 murder of 55-year- old millionaire Bill McLaughlin. Naposki had conspired with his lover — and McLaughlin’s girlfriend — Nanette Packard to kill McLaughlin for his money. Packard was sentenced to life in May.
