A federal court in White Plains, N.Y., sentenced Narcy Novack to life in prison Monday. Novack was convicted in June of killing her husband Ben Novack, the eccentric heir to the Fontainebleau hotel fortune, and his elderly mother.
On July 12, 2009, Ben Novack Jr., heir to the Fontainebleau hotel fortune and owner of an extensive Batman memorabilia collection, was bludgeoned to death in his hotel room. At the direction of his wife Narcy, who orchestrated the killing, Ben’s eyes were cut out while he was still alive. Narcy was found guilty or plotting the murder earlier this summer.
After a nine week trial, Fort Lauderdale woman Narcy Novack was found guilty yesterday of orchestrating the murder of her husband Ben Novack Jr., 53, an heir to the Fontainebleau hotel fortune, and his elderly mother, Berenice Novack.
