A Belgian man, who divorced his then-wife and in 1993 married the family’s Indonesian aux pair, is trying to have the marriage annulled after discovering that his wife is a transsexual.
Belgium’s highest court has granted Marc Dutroux’s wife and accomplice, Michèlle Martin, early release from prison. Martin was convicted as Dutroux’s accomplice, but has served only half of her 30-year sentence. She will be released to a monastery to seek atonement for her crimes.
