Angel Maturino Resendiz: The Railroad Killer

On June 21, 1999, Resendiz was added to the F.B.I’s 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list. He was arrested the next month and, a suspect in 16 murders, was charged with serial murder and sexual assault.
