On November 19, 1963, Robert ‘Dynamite Bob’ Chambliss was convicted of the murder of Carol Denise McNair in connection with the 16th street Baptist Church Bombing in Birmingham, Alabama, on September 15 of that year. The attack claimed the lives of four little girls. The Klan member would spend the rest of his life in prison, never giving up his accomplices.
