VIDEO: Street Clown Beat Down

Police received several complaints about a clown squirting cars with a water pistol outside Milwaukee’s city hall. However, when police arrived, the clown was not ready to be arrested. A passing driver couldn’t believe his eyes and caught the scene on his cell phone. He later told reporters, “A cop is beating up a clown. How could I not record this and show it to all my friends?”
