Gerard Streator

Gerard P. Streator, 46, of Waukesha, Wisconsin, was spotted at about 11 p.m. on September 3, 2012, by off duty police officer Ryan Edwards, apparently having sex on a couch that had been abandoned by the side of the road. At first the officer, who was out on a night jog, just saw the yellow couch, but according to the complaint, as he got closer he saw a white male “leaning over the couch facing down and it looked like he was having sex with someone on the couch.” As Edwards got even closer, he could see the man’s “hips thrusting up and down on the couch.” The officer decided to put a stop to it, and called out to the man saying, “What are you doing.” The man looked up and when he saw Edwards, stood up, exposing his “erect penis,” and rabbited.

Edwards immediately checked the couch for Streator’s sexual partner, but finding it empty, realized that Streator had been, “trying to sexually gratify himself by rubbing his penis between the two cushions.” Edwards pursued the man, who went straight home and locked the door behind him. Streator was arrested the next day at his workplace. Not surprisingly, he denies ever having left his house that night.
