One of Britain’s wealthiest women was found dead and her billionaire husband arrested in connection with her death. Monday police arrested Hans Kristian Rausing, heir to the TetraPak (laminated cardboard drink containers) fortune built by his father, on suspicion of drug possession. A search of the couple’s west London home turned up the body of his wife, American-born Eva Rausing, 48. An autopsy failed to determine cause of death, though the philanthropist and mother was known to have had a long history of drug abuse. Scotland Yard announced Tuesday that further tests are being conducted.
The Investigation is ongoing.
