A Michigan man Raymond Kulma, 55, was arrested on May 27 after police received a call about an assault at a senior living facility. It seems that an inebriated Kulma called James Konkel names, and then took a swing at him. Konkel reportedly swung back, and went to go meet a friend, leving his motorized wheelchair outside the apartment. Kulma decided to take the wheelchair for a joyride, but was quickly caught by police responders while driving it down the road with a blood alcohol level of .241. His arrest for suspicion of drunk driving was his seventh. See the police dashcam video.
