Oklahoma police say Clyde Hobbs, 72, called 911 at least 17 times in attempts to talk dirty to the operator, resulting in charges of falsely reporting a crime. Huffington Post Crime reports that Hobbs has done this before — he was arrested on the same charge in 2007.
Other notable cases of non-emergency 911 calls include an Illinois man who allegedly called five times to complain about his iPhone, a family who got lost in a corn maze, and a pedestrian who was refused service at the Taco Bell drive-thru.
