1908: Detroit's Man of Steal

Tigers' catcher Boss Schmidt had a Series to forget, making five errors and allowing 16 stolen bases, both Series records. Schmidt also earned the dubious distinction of being the only player ever to make the last out of the World Series for two consecutive years. His teammates probably didn't tease him after his miscues however--Schmidt was an amateur boxer who once broke Ty Cobb's nose.
