The once massive book chain Borders is going out of business for good this week, and if you're wondering why, think about what you're reading RIGHT NOW. The details of what exactly led to the downfall are extensive, but simply put, it wouldn't be wrong to say "The Internet killed the bookselling star."

While it's sad for some to see this browser's paradise go, others are overjoyed at the chance to to take advantage of liquidation sales that for some titles have reached up to 90% off. Great deals right? Maybe not so much. We took a spin through the picked over aisles of the once mighty Columbus Circle Borders here in New York City and found that in the last days, the books that are remaining, might be remaining for a reason.
