Super Bowl XV: Fergie and Slash

We are constantly told that the Black Eyed Peas are dynamic, incredible performers who sell millions of albums. You'd think I'd have met someone who actually likes them. But even if you do enjoy the music of the Black Eyed Peas, and somebody must, the least they could do it stick to their own music. When former Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash appeared onstage, Fergie joined him to provide perhaps the most terrible version of "Sweet Child Of Mine" ever heard by human ears. Patti LaBelle and Indiana Jones could have done better.
