Being ranked #1 is normally a good thing for a college athletic program right? Not in the case of the 2010 Pitt Panthers football team, who after a staggering 22 players found themselves on the wrong side of the law, scored top (dis)honors in a Sports Illustrated article naming the teams with the worst criminal element.
