Allegedly drunk man barks at dog

If you talk to the cops in Ohio, they'll tell you that the 25-year-old man who was arrested for barking at a police dog was highly intoxicated. But all we can say is that he was "allegedly" drunk. Who knows? Maybe he spoke dog. But if so, what was he trying to say the police dog? We bet it was"Hey Rex, I'm wasted...allegedly."
