Alleged drunk spits feces on police office after drunk driving arrest

Amazingly, we're not legally allowed to call someone drunk even after they are arrested for drunk driving. In this country, you are innocent until proven guilty. Of course, when the cops also book you for felony assault after allegedly spitting your own feces at a police officer, which is what a 61-year-old man in Colorado did, it's hard to imagine he was stone cold sober. Either way, we'll pass on the breath test.
