Don't show up to court for your DUI hearing with beer

A 49-year-old man facing a felony DUI charge arrived at his court date with four cans of beer in a bag, one of them open. He was allegedly drunk at the time, and was thrown in jail instantly. We have to say "allegedly" drunk, because we really don't know. What we do know is that he had four beers with him, one of them open, and that's a beverage they sell in packs of six, twelve, eighteen, and twenty-four.
