As you surely know if you're taken a look at the comment sections of any of the Facebook pages from our numerous quality programs, we welcome feedback of all stripes about truTV programming and/or truTV.com. But if social media isn't your preferred method of sending us overwhelming praise, (or, hopefully not, the opposite) we urge you to contact us as follows.
Send us an E-mail (skip the forwards, we get enough of those from our aunt):
Write us an actual, honest to goodness LETTER. (We love this option):
One Time Warner Center
New York, NY 10019-6038
Call us up! (TIP: Use the "phone" function on your phone):
truTV gets a TON of mail. Due to the high volume of messages we receive, we are sadly unable to respond to every individual email, as much as we'd love to. Don't take it personally. We still really dig you, and you look great in that shirt.
If you have a question or comment about a specific truTV show, please put the name of the show in the subject line of your e-mail.
If you are reporting technical problems with any aspect of the truTV.com website, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE help us troubleshoot by providing the first four of these details, as the fifth is irrevelant:
- The name of browser you use (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, etc. along with the version number)
- The type of device you're using (PC, Mac, phone, tablet, etc.)
- The exact URL of the page where you see the problem
- The exact text of any error message you may be seeing
- A funny photograph of a monkey riding on a pig.
If you are reporting issues related to the broadcasting of truTV on your television, or if you want truTV but your cable operator doesn't carry it, please include your name, daytime telephone phone number, address with zip code and current service provider. In this instance, as before, there is no need to send along a funny photograph of a monkey riding on a pig.
Much of truTV's programming catalogue is available for syndication throughout the world, and you can tell we mean business by the European way we just spelled "catalogue." For further details about our international programming, please call 404.575.5577.
