Close but No Cigar

In some cases, writing history isn't nefarious, it's simply the nanny state run amok. In this photo of Winston Churchill, he has his fingers extended in his signature "V for Victory" formation. It has become an iconic reminder of how, as Prime Minister, Churchill helped save the world from fascism.
