MYTH: Sugar Is Better Than High Fructose Corn Syrup
According to nutritionist David Zinczenko, both HFCS and table sugar, or sucrose, are built with roughly a 50-50 blend of two sugars, fructose and glucose, meaning they're basically the same, with neither being super great for you.
